    Subscription and Billing Policy

    • Our service operates on a month-to-month subscription basis, meaning that your contract renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
    • Billing Errors: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at info@greyrockcom.com within 30 days of the charge. Valid billing errors will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
    • No Refunds Once Service Begins: Once a billing period has started, no refunds will be issued for that month’s service.

    Cancellation Policy

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a cancellation request to info@greyrockcom.com.
    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused service within an active month.
