Billing Errors: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at info@greyrockcom.com within 30 days of the charge. Valid billing errors will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
No Refunds Once Service Begins: Once a billing period has started, no refunds will be issued for that month’s service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused service within an active month.
